Ableism is egregious and obvious, tiring and traumatic, subtle and casual, quick and caustic, constant and RELENTLESS.

We, the Disability Community, have been asking, demanding, crying, cajoling you to educate yourselves, to join us, to include us in DEI efforts and to DO BETTER.

This balloon gives you permission to acknowledge that embarrassment and confusion may be inevitable steps on your journey toward ally, activist, invested citizen. This balloon does not give you permission to be complacent, or to say ‘sorry, there’s nothing more we can do.’
